It is not a technical profile: it is an organizational change profile, capable of analyzing the context, designing the Target Operating Model, managing the transition, and measuring the impact\u2014human, social, and environmental\u2014of introducing the DORG. <\/p>\n\n<p>The accreditation program is structured in ten sessions\u2014one in-person and nine remote\u2014and covers the entire spectrum of required competencies: DORG architecture and positioning relative to legacy systems, digital role creation and HR\/IT convergence, data quality for LLM, EU AI Act and GDPR compliance, social and environmental sustainability, change management, skills development, risk management, and performance monitoring. The program uses the BEAMER methodology\u2014Business Engineering Advanced Methodology for Enterprise Results\u2014as an operational framework for systematic organizational analysis and transformation governance. <\/p>\n\n<p>The training is designed to produce immediately applicable results: each participant develops a complete onboarding plan on a real case from their own client portfolio, which also constitutes the material for the final exam before a jury composed of the founders and course colleagues.
