The goal is to transform isolated AI initiatives into a scalable, governable, and sustainable organizational capability. <\/p>\n\n<p>We operate primarily in the services, operations, and Human Resources sectors, where DORG integration delivers concrete and measurable benefits: accelerated processes, improved decision-making quality, reduced operating costs, and the enhancement of human skills.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our contribution is structured along three main pillars. The first is the definition of the support vision and high-impact use cases to align stakeholders and strategic priorities. The second is the operational translation of this vision into skills, roles, and processes through the mapping and redesign of existing activities.
