DORG Society ETS is the Third Sector Foundation that exercises ethical governance over the entire DORG ecosystem. Holder of the ecosystem’s trademarks, custodian of the Code of Conduct, and skills certification authority, it operates with full independence from the commercial interests of the entities that make up the ecosystem. <\/p>\n\n
Its institutional mandate covers three distinct areas: oversight of compliance with ethical principles by all organizations adopting a DORG, independent certification of skills listed in the Marketplace, and mitigation of the social and environmental impact of the digital transformation of work.<\/p>\n\n
The skills that DORG Society ETS brings to the Marketplace are not consulting: they are the operational translation of the standards that the Foundation defines, applies, and updates in the exercise of its governance role.
