Cloud Infrastructure:
you pay what you use
Dorg operates in your private Azure environment.
You control the subscription, manage resources, and pay Microsoft directly.
Some Dorg capabilities use Anthropic’s Claude. If you don’t have an Enterprise contract with Microsoft, you’ll need to activate the API and a separate contract with Anthropic.
Typical overall cloud costs range from €150-400/month depending on usage intensity and Azure region.

How to Purchase
Annual payment required upfront.
Payment via secure online platform (credit card, bank transfer). The amount is automatically distributed between DORG SRL and DORG Society.
Each entity issues its own invoice according to applicable tax regulations in your jurisdiction.
No automatic renewal.
Your license expires after 12 months. No surprise charges, no forgotten subscriptions. To continue, simply make a new purchase—each Dorg is governed by a standalone contract with its own annual term.

Can I try before I buy?
We don’t offer free trials, but we provide comprehensive technical documentation, case studies, and detailed specifications to support your evaluation. Contact a Faculty Dorg for a guided demo or consultation.
What happens if I need to scale beyond one Dorg?
Each Dorg purchase generates a separate standalone contract. Buy multiple Dorg through the platform—each with its own license, society contribution, and infrastructure. No volume discounts currently, but all Dorg can share your Azure infrastructure to optimize costs.
Can I suspend or pause my license mid-year?
No. The license is annual and non-refundable. You can voluntarily deactivate Dorg through your Admin Console, but this does not entitle you to a refund or suspension of fees.
What happens if mandatory updates break my workflows?
Critical security and regulatory compliance updates are mandatory with tight application deadlines (48 hours for security, 30 days for compliance). If an update contains breaking changes that require modifications to your configurations or procedures, DORG SRL provides a minimum 90-day notice. You have the right to contest and, if unresolved through negotiation, you may terminate for just cause with pro-rata refund.
Who owns the outputs generated by my Dorg?
You do. All content, reports, analyses, and materials generated by Dorg based on your data and configurations are your exclusive property. DORG SRL and DORG Society acquire no rights to them.
