Every Dorg is born with an ethical compass already integrated: Dorg Society code of conduct, immutable audit logs, and enablement for full EU AI Act compliance. Every decision is traceable, you can track every digital competency, which data you used to train your colleague, you can verify if the data provides incorrect information, human supervision remains central. In practice, you innovate with AI always knowing who does what, when, and why.

No, the Dorg must always respect people’s dignity and autonomy, improving working conditions and valuing human contribution as irreplaceable and central.

Starting January 2026 in Agency you’ll have a Dorg available to help your company step by step in hiring and onboarding your digital collaborators. If you already have an active Private Cloud, it will really be a matter of little time.

Dorgs are hired as “apprentices” and involve an annual cost of 6,000 euros plus 600 euros to support Dorg Society activities. Competencies available in Dorg University can be free or paid. You can also train your Dorg’s directly at no additional cost. Costs associated with the Dorg’s workplace are borne by the company and depend on the competencies associated with the Dorg and the business processes it’s involved in.

In general, Dorg’s are designed to operate in a Private Cloud and to fully protect all data and information exchanged. You can freely choose to use agents developed by third parties and you can choose whether to enable them for external access.

The first answer is “we’ve worked on it a lot.” Competency and training certification, human supervision, privacy, and much more find answers precisely thanks to the ecosystem that decouples those who use the Dorg from those who guarantee competency traceability (Dorg University) and from those who protect ethics and social impacts (DORG Society).
