Dorg is Pro-Human

Visible AI can be governed. Invisible AI is imposed upon you. That's why our digital employees have a name, a face, and a place on the org chart. Pro-Human isn't a slogan: it's architecture...

There’s something we do that might seem strange at first glance. We give our artificial intelligence systems a name. A first name, a last name — Dorg — a deliberately robotic face, a place on the org chart, an email address. We call them digital colleagues.

Some might think: you’re trying to make a machine seem human.

It’s exactly the opposite.

Giving the digital employee a recognizable and unequivocally digital identity is the most direct way to tell anyone who interacts with it: this is not a person. It’s a tool. A tool with a name, a role, a defined perimeter — and precisely because of that, a tool you can see, understand, and govern.

An AI that has no name, no face, no place on the org chart is invisible. And what is invisible cannot be controlled. It is imposed upon you.

We believe in the opposite: artificial intelligence must be visible, nameable, recognizable. Not to make it seem human — but to keep the line sharp between what is human and what is software. That line is precious. It must be protected, not blurred.

That’s why Dorg is Pro-Human — not despite digital employees, but through the way we design them, govern them, and make them part of an organization without anyone forgetting for a second what they are.

Over the coming months, we’ll explore this in a five-episode series. Each episode addresses a different aspect of what it means to use AI in a way that makes people — workers, organizations, society — stronger, not more fragile.

We’ll talk about human control, professional value, knowledge sovereignty, real accountability, and identity. We’ll talk about what the Dorg ecosystem actually does — and the limits it honestly acknowledges.

Because for us, Pro-Human isn’t a slogan. It’s an architectural choice. And architectural choices are told through facts.

See you at the first episode.
