We developed Luigi, a DORG digital employee integrated into Nextea’s organizational structure, deployed in project management teams to support consultants and analysts in daily activities. Luigi is designed to perform operational PMO and analysis tasks: scheduling meetings, producing draft minutes and documentation of analytical meetings, analyzing documentation and developing drafts for business requirements, producing progress reports and advancement documents for the Steering Committee, managing email communications. It operates in support of the project team, with access to Teams meetings and related transcripts to generate knowledge, ensuring continuity even when shared across different projects.
