Luigi is designed to execute operational PMO and analysis tasks: meeting scheduling, production of draft minutes and documentation of analytical meetings, documentation analysis and development of drafts for business requirements, production of progress reports and advancement documents for the Steering Committee, email communication management. It operates in support of the project team, with access to Teams meetings and related transcripts to generate knowledge, ensuring continuity even when shared across different projects.
