Competency Ethical Certification

DORG Society ETS is the only entity in the ecosystem with the institutional mandate to certify the ethical compliance of DORG competencies. Certification is not a technical audit—it is an independent assessment that verifies a competency respects the fundamental principles of the Code of Conduct: human dignity, transparency, non-discrimination, data protection, meaningful human oversight, safety, and environmental sustainability.

This competency transfers to client organizations and Faculties the evaluative framework that DORG Society uses in its certification processes: analysis criteria, minimum requirements for each ethical principle, expected documentation, risk signals that trigger in-depth review. It does not replace the formal certification service provided by the Foundation, but enables organizations to prepare consciously—reducing time and increasing process quality.

Main contents: the seven ethical principles of the Code of Conduct applied to competency assessment, compliance criteria for operational and knowledge competencies, documentation required for certification, edge cases and risk signals, DORG Society formal certification procedure.
