Faculty Development Program

Becoming a Faculty in the DORG ecosystem is not a technical decision—it’s a strategic positioning choice. It means building a recognizable offering in the Marketplace, developing proprietary competencies with exclusive IP, accessing the ecosystem’s client network, and participating in governance as an accredited member of the DORG Society.

This requires specific preparation: knowing the system in depth, understanding how to design and publish a competency, knowing how to position yourself in the catalog, and how to build relationships with clients over time.

The Faculty Development Program is the training path that DORG University designs specifically for each partner interested in becoming a Faculty. It’s not a standard course: the content, duration, and thematic focus are calibrated to the company’s profile, industry sector, and the competencies it intends to develop and bring to the Marketplace. The program covers the entire trajectory—from in-depth understanding of the ecosystem and its commercial operation, to designing the first proprietary competencies, to visibility strategy in the catalog, to building a customer engagement and retention plan.

The program concludes with the company ready to submit its application for accreditation as a Faculty—with a clear profile, at least one developed competency, and a defined go-to-market strategy.

Main content: DORG ecosystem and Faculty business model, role of Creator and Teacher in the Marketplace, design and development of first proprietary competencies, MCP Manifest and registration in the Competency Registry, positioning strategy in the university catalog, communication and editorial plan for visibility, customer engagement and retention, formal accreditation process as Faculty, participation in the DORG Society DAO.
