Activating a DORG Apprentice requires skills that go far beyond basic technical configuration. Those responsible for onboarding must know how to read the system architecture, configure the private cloud, manage roles and access groups, interpret telemetry, activate university competencies, and design outputs tailored to the client’s context. Technical Onboarding Training is the structured training program provided by DORG University to build these skills in a comprehensive and sequential manner.
The course covers seven fundamental thematic areas: the ecosystem structure and contractual implications for the client, private cloud architecture and system prerequisites, initial Apprentice configuration and role/group management, the six core features—RAG, causal analysis, Web Operations, memory, procedures, and output—the MCP Manifest and its role in compliance and response quality, the Competency Registry and the activation of university competencies, and finally, the customization of outputs for specific client needs.
The program is delivered in a hybrid format—an initial in-person session followed by remote sessions—and concludes with an assessment of the skills acquired. It is the benchmark path for Certified Digital Onboarders on a technical level and for any professional wishing to operate with full mastery within the DORG ecosystem.
