This policy applies to the following websites within the DORG Ecosystem:

dorg.pro — the institutional website of the DORG Ecosystem: it presents the vision, the founders, and the three pillars (Agency, University, Society).

dorgagency.com — the commercial website dedicated to the DORG Apprentice, the Digital Employee: information on features, onboarding, pricing, and demo requests.

The three sites are managed by DORG SRL and share the same personal data processing methods described in this policy.

3. Personal data collected and purposes of processing

3.1 Website browsing (technical data)

During normal browsing of the sites, computer systems automatically acquire certain technical data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet protocols: device IP address, browser type and operating system, pages visited and navigation paths, date and time of requests, and any system errors.

This data is processed for technical security purposes and to ensure the correct functioning of the sites. It is not used to directly identify the user. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6, para. 1, point (f), GDPR).

3.2 Contact forms

When you fill out a contact form on the sites (e.g., information request, demo request on dorgagency.com, program access request on dorguniversity.org), we collect the data you voluntarily enter, which may include: first and last name, email address, company or organization name, professional role, and message text.

This data is processed to respond to your request, manage the potential start of a commercial or collaborative relationship, and provide the requested information. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, point (b), GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to received requests.

3.3 Cookies and tracking technologies

The sites may use technical cookies necessary for their operation. For any use of analytical or profiling cookies, your consent will be requested via a specific banner, in accordance with the guidelines of the Data Protection Authority. For detailed information on the cookies used, please consult our Cookie Policy available on each site.

4. Processing methods and data retention

Personal data is processed using IT and electronic tools, with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes and by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or unauthorized disclosure.

Data collected via contact forms is kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the request and, in the event of a commercial relationship being established, for the duration of the relationship itself and for the subsequent period required by legal obligations (generally 10 years for accounting and tax documents).

Technical browsing data is kept for a maximum period of 12 months, unless longer retention is necessary for the investigation of crimes or requests from the judicial authority.

5. Data recipients

Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be disclosed to:

— Technical service providers supporting the management of the websites (hosting, email, analytics), as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

— Competent authorities, where required by law or judicial orders.

6. Data transfer outside the EU/EEA

Personal data is processed primarily within the European Union. Should services be used that involve the transfer of data to third countries (for example, cloud service providers based outside the EU), we ensure that such transfer takes place in compliance with the guarantees provided by the GDPR, for example through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

Access — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data (Art. 15 GDPR) — Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR) — Erasure — request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”, Art. 17 GDPR) — Restriction — restrict processing in certain circumstances (Art. 18 GDPR) — Portability — receive your data in a structured and readable format (Art. 20 GDPR) — Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR) — Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the previous processing

To exercise your rights, write to: info@dorg.pro

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.

8. Nature of data provision

Providing data in contact forms is optional but necessary to receive a response to your request. In the absence of the requested data, it will not be possible to provide the requested service or information. Browsing the sites does not require the provision of any personal data, except for technical data automatically acquired by the systems.

9. Minors

The DORG Ecosystem sites are intended for a professional adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18. Should we become aware of any unintentional processing of data from minors, we will proceed with its immediate deletion.
